CANCELLATION POLICY
Telos Medical Aesthetics looks forward to accommodating all scheduling requests from patients. A credit card is necessary to secure all appointments. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact our office at 504-564-7000.
24 HOUR NOTICE: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, so we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide the required 24-hour notice will result in a $50 cancellation/no-show fee being charged to the credit card on file. We strive to accommodate all patients’ schedules and appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
RETURN POLICIES
SERVICES: If you are unable to use an unrendered, prepaid service, we offer a one-time exchange option. You may apply the unused portion of the service toward a different service. All exchanges are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance
PRODUCTS: For the safety and well-being of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on skincare products. However, if a product is found to have a clear defect, we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us if there are any issues with the product’s quality. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates are non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and we are happy to allow the transfer of gift certificates to another party. The recipient of the transferred certificate will be subject to the same terms and conditions. Please contact us for assistance with transferring the certificate to another individual.
